LAByrinth

You're a lab's patient zero for an anti-gravity serum. Alien scientists are putting you through experiments that slowly kill you, so you escape when they aren't monitoring you. However, unplugging from the life-sustaining IV also splits your body and soul—where your body is normal and collides with things as it should, but your soul is in reverse gravity and lands on the ceiling. Survive as long as you can in the LAByrinth and avoid the alien scientists chasing you. Just don't forget to grab the rare IV antidotes to avoid the serum's slow death.
